Our company service includes three stages (Pre-sale, On sale and After-sale).

1. Pre-sale service

When customer send his raw materials to our sales. Our sales will show these to our engineer team. They will discuss and analyse which equipment is more suitable for customer. For large production line, our engineer will make drawing to explain how to put the machines after customer supply his warehouse drawing.

For that special raw materials, to make demand of customer, our engineer team will design new machine to process these. Then let our sales to accept customers’ order.

2. On sale service

Once customer place order, sales will supervise and push factory to produce. And inform the production schedule to customer. We also take some pictures of this process to customer. If there is somewhere wrong or not meet customer’s requirement, we can improve it in time.

Package service is also one of on sale service. Our package is standard exported ply wooden case. For some heavy duty machine, we will make iron frame around the machine, then cover it with wooden case. It can avoid the package breakdown during transportation. For production line, all machine is packed with plastic film, then load into the full container.

3. After-sale service

(1). Our quality warranty is 18 months. During this period, if the spare parts are broken not for man-made reason, we will send the spare parts to you free by express, such as DHL, TNT, FedEx etc. It is very fast and do not effect customer’s use.

(2). Training service. After the production is finished, customer can come to our factory to inspect machine and learn how to operate the machine. We can supply training service free.

(3). We will provide the online guidance service. Our engineer will guide you how to solve the problem through computer or mobile. If really cannot solve, our engineer will be sent to your place to repair it.

(4). Installation service. For large production line, our engineer will be sent to your factory to guide how to install it.

(5). Maintenance service. We will supply User Manual and Maintenance Manual, which can guide how to maintain it in details.

2. Engineer department supply professional technique and design to customer, and send to customer’s place to install or repair the machine. Through the raw material customer sent, analyse which machine is more better for them. Design new machine regarding to some special materials.

3. Production department is used to make production drawing and produce the machine customer ordered. Just because our production department is very professional, we can deliver the machine on time, never delay the delivery time.
