90 KW Electric Overturning Medium Frequency Copper Gold Smelting Furnace
Main applications: It is used for heating steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminium, gold, silver and other metal materials; smelting capacity from 4KG to 200KG
Typical applications: The basic composition of medium frequency smelting furnace includes medium frequency power supply, compensation capacitor box and smelting furnace. According to different application requirements, it may also include infrared thermometer, temperature controller and other devices. There are three kinds of smelting furnaces: overturned smelting furnace, ejection smelting furnace and fixed smelting furnace. The overturning furnace can be divided into mechanical overturning furnace, electric overturning furnace and hydraulic overturning furnace according to the overturning mode.
Copper smelting furnace features
(1) Medium frequency smelting furnace is used for smelting steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminium, gold, silver and other materials.
(2) Medium frequency smelting has good electromagnetic stirring effect, which is beneficial to the uniformity of temperature and structure of smelting metal, to the scum and to the reduction of impurities.
(3) The frequency range is wide, ranging from 1 KHZ to 20 KHZ. The induction coil and matching compensation capacitor can be designed to determine the output frequency by considering the factors of melting volume, electromagnetic stirring, heating efficiency and working noise.
(4) Compared with Thyristor Intermediate frequency, energy saving is at least 20%.
(5) The equipment is small in size, light in weight, and the smelting capacity ranges from several kilograms to several hundred kilograms. It has a wide range of choices. It is suitable not only for factory production, but also for small smelting in schools and research institutes.
