Introduction of hydraulic alligator shear
There are many kinds of shears, and the most commonly used one is hydraulic alligator shears. It is suitable for metal recycling and processing plants, scrap car dismantling yards, metal smelting and casting industries. It can cut various shapes of section steel (such as round steel, square steel, channel steel, I-steel plate, steel pipe, etc.) and various metal structural parts in cold state, and process them into qualified charge.
The hydraulic alligator shear has compact structure, stable mechanical performance, hydraulic drive, reliable safety performance, automatic operation, convenient installation, no need to use foot screw, and diesel engine can be used as power in places without power supply. Chip merging machine is also frequently used in metal recovery. The scissors length and maximum shear force of the shearer can be designed and made according to the user's requirements. Feature of hydraulic alligator shear
1. The main engine is welded with all steel plate, which has no deformation and tear. When the equipment is working, it does not need to fix the cement foundation, and the working site can be changed at any time. It makes up for the blank of domestic forging machinery industry.
2. There is no movement joint, no movement connection and no damage between the upper cutter board and the power master cylinder.
3. High strength quenching guide rail and automatic lubrication system are adopted. It is more convenient for maintenance and repair.
4. Only one electromagnetic relief valve is used in the hydraulic system of the whole machine to control the unloading starting and system safety, which makes the operation more convenient and maintenance free.
5. The double output nitrogen backhaul device makes the upper cutter board complete the fast reset of shearing.
6. The four edge rectangular blade can be reground and reused after being used for four times to reduce the production cost.
Work principle of hydraulic alligator shear
The hydraulic alligator shear is composed of a shearing cylinder, a shearing knife, a sliding block pressing knife, a lower knife seat, a pressing cylinder, etc. when the shearing work is running, the hydraulic pump station (power output source) supplies oil to the pressing cylinder to push the sliding block pressing knife onto the lower knife seat to complete the fixed compression of the material, and then the hydraulic pump station supplies oil to the shearing cylinder to make the shearing knife go down to complete the shearing step. After shearing, the hydraulic pump station completes the return action under the backflow drive of hydraulic oil for shearing cylinder and pressing cylinder.
