Working principle & Structural characteristics
This machine is mainly composed of components such as the frame, box plate, motor, electrical box, reducer, coupling, gear, moving blade, fixed blade, spacer sleeve, bearing, feed hopper, and discharge hopper.
Working principle of this machine: The motor drives the reducer, which in turn drives the driving shaft, causing it to rotate. The speed is adjusted to the driven shaft through gears of different sizes, enabling relative motion between the helical tooth cutter discs on both the driving and driven shafts. The helical tooth cutter discs on the driving and driven shafts are arranged in a staggered manner, so that after the material enters, it is simultaneously subjected to squeezing, tearing, and shearing, thereby crushing the material entering the shredding chamber. The crushed material is discharged through the discharge port by its own weight.
When there is too much material in the shredding chamber and the main shaft gets stuck, the main shaft will automatically reverse to dislodge the stuck material. Once the material is dislodged, normal operation will resume, serving as a protective function.
