Description of copper cable granulator
Dry copper cable granulator is used for recycling scrap copper wires/cables with diameter less than 20mm, better for single conductor diameter of 0.2-0.5mm. Scrap copper wires are shredded by crushers, then plastic and copper granules are separated by vibration and airflow. They come out from different outlets, dust is collected by dust collector. The recovery rate can reach 99.9%.

Working principle of copper cable granulator
The equipment through the first crusher crush the bulk materials into 5-10cm, then convey into the shredder for second shred, final material is less than 5mm ( second shreder have 3mm, 4mm 5mm shredder net ). After the screening of magnetic separator, some iron and other magnetic substances are separated, copper and plastice are separated by the vibrating separator, dust is collected by the collector. Application scope of scrap copper cable granulator
The scrap copper wire granulator can process various specifications of waste wires, copper core wires, aluminum core wires, copper single wires, multi wire sheathed wires, earphone wires, data wires, computer wires, ground buried wires, motor wires, flame retardant wires, waterproof wires, lighting wires, factory waste wire heads, plug-in wires, electrical plug wires, car dismantling wires, circuit wires, etc., but the diameter of these wires shall not be greater than 20mm.
Precautions during operation
The correct use of copper wire granulator should select the model according to different material properties, which can not only improve the crushing efficiency, but also prolong the service life of the machine. The blade is processed by wire cutting, and the blade is interchangeable.
For different lines, we have different requirements for the blade of the machine.
1. Wool wire and multi strand wire: when processing wool wire and multi strand wire, the fixed knife and moving knife of the copper wire granulator shall be sharp, and the broken wire shall be cut off by the blade, so that the copper rice is clean and high purity.
2.Single strand and single core wire: when handling single strand and single core wires, the blade edge of the moving knife is required to be blunt and the fixed knife is required to be sharp. Under this requirement, the spacing between the moving knife and the fixed knife is that the single strand cable just blocks the cable and does not contact the wire core. At this time, the cable is broken by inertia, which can effectively avoid copper wrapping.
