Copper wire recycling machine can crush waste copper cable or wire into 1-5 mm granules mixed with plastic(PVC)&copper.Then use air, specific gravity and electrostatic separation technique to separate copper and plastic.So that the copper and plastic can be both recycled, greatly increasing their application values. Feature of copper wire recycling machine
1. The whole system is controlled by the Electricity Control Panel.
2. The bottom air flow is controlled by the Airlock.
3. Crushing system adopts D2 alloy cutting tool, the processing hardness is HR58. It can ensure the high-wearing resistance as well as a certain tenacity of the crushing blade. Technological process of copper wire recycling machine
