Cable Recovery 400 Kg/H Copper Wire Recycling Machine

Copper wire recovery machine is used for recycling scrap copper wires/cables with diameter less than 25mm, better for single conductor diameter of 0.2-0.5mm. Scrap copper wires are shredded by crushers, then plastic and copper granules are separated by vibration and airflow. They come out from different outlets, dust is collected by dust collector. The recovery rate can reach 99.9%.

The choice of a Cable Granulator depends on the material properties of the types of copper wires and cables. Correct choice can not only improve the working efficiency, but also extend the service life of the machine. The cutting blades are made with Wire Cutting Technique, blades are replaceable for each other. We have different requirements for blades to different types of copper wires.

1). Air-fine Wires, Multi-strands 

When dealing with Air-fine Wires and Multi-strands fixed blades and rotating blades must be very sharp so that copper wires can be cut and copper granules will be very clean and pure.

2). Single-strand and Single-core Wires :

When dealing with Single-strand and Single-core Wires, the rotating blades shall be a little blunt and fixed blades must be sharp. In this case, the spacing between the rotating blades and fixed blades is just able to hold wires but does not touch the cores. The wires are crushed but there will be little copper granules with plastics outside.

(Note: if blades are not adjusted in accordance with the requirements, it may cause too many copper clad granules and the separation is not clean, etc.)
