Working process of wood pellet mill
The motor drives the spindle through the hypoid bevel gear, and the spindle drives the press roll to rotate. When processing raw materials, the raw materials are sent to the feeding chamber of the flat die machine, and the materials fall on the flat die. The main shaft drives the press roller to rotate. The roller continuously rolls through the material layer and extrudes the material into the die hole. The material experiences the process of forming and maintaining shape in the die hole. After a certain period of time, the material is extruded in a cylindrical state. The rotating cutter cuts off the material and forms particles, which are sent out by the material throwing plate.
