Intruoduction of briquetting press

It is mainly used for directly pressing metal raw materials such as cast iron scrap, steel scrap, copper scrap, aluminum scrap and high-quality mineral powder into 3-6kg cylinder or other shape cakes by high pressure cold pressing, so as to facilitate storage and transportation and reduce the loss of transportation and smelting in the process of recycling.

Component of briquetting press

① Main machine: it is composed of frame, main hydraulic cylinder, pushing hydraulic cylinder, bottom plate hydraulic cylinder, matching mold frame and mold, pressure head, etc.

The frame part is composed of upper and lower beams and columns. The upper and lower crossbeams are all made of integral steel casting. The upper and lower crossbeams are connected with four columns by inner and outer nuts to bear the tension during operation.

② Hydraulic station: it is composed of motor, hydraulic pump, pump protection device, professional control valve block and pipeline system for connecting briquetting machine. The design is reasonable and the quality is stable. Equipped with cooling system to avoid continuous operation of equipment due to oil temperature overheating.

③ Console: it is composed of electrical system and PLC control system.

Equipped with adjustable text display, the action sequence and each action time are completely controlled by PLC system, and can be adjusted by the operator at any time, which is convenient and easy to understand.
