Description of copper cable granulator
800 copper cable granulator machine is a complete set of copper cables granulator recycling plant .It has novel and unique structure, large production capacity, small power consumption, one feeding and multi machine completion. The separation and recovery of copper and plastic in the process of cable crushing are completed by the separation equipment. The successful development of the machine solves the pollution caused by burning copper. It not only improves the quality of copper recovery, but also has the advantages of plastic recovery. The machine adds electrostatic separation equipment, which can separate 100% of the metal mixed in the plastic particles, greatly improving the recovery efficiency of copper, and making the purity of the whole production equipment more than 99.9%.

Feature of copper recycling machine

Working principle of copper cable granulator
The equipment through the first crusher crush the bulk materials into 5-10cm, then convey into the shredder for second shred, final material is less than 5mm ( second shreder have 3mm, 4mm 5mm shredder net ). After the screening of magnetic separator, some iron and other magnetic substances are separated, copper and plastice are separated by the vibrating separator, dust is collected by the collector. Whole plant under control by PLC.

Technological process of copper cable granulator
If the site or funds are more abundant, the waste wires and cables can be broken into about 3cm long by shredding equipment, then cut and crushed by secondary crusher, and then separated by specific gravity air flow to obtain high purity copper. If the copper contains unsorted broken plastic, it can also be sorted by electrostatic separator to ensure high reuse rate of copper.
